Where the prices come from
Online pharmacy prices are listed on the pharmacy's own website. Pickup pharmacy prices come from telephone surveys of Ontario pharmacies, so they can differ by store and by province. Each price is for the medication only, before the dispensing fee, shipping and tax, so it matches what you would see on the pharmacy's own page. It is not a Telepets quote.
How the quantities are chosen
Every pharmacy is priced at the same quantity so the columns compare like with like. Where a pharmacy sells singles rather than a box, the figure is its single-unit price multiplied out, and the page marks it.
What to keep in mind
- The dispensing fee is listed under each table. Add it to get what the pharmacy charges.
- The pharmacy sets the final price. Confirm it before you buy.
- This site lists medication names, quantities and prices. It does not say what any medication is for, and it is not veterinary advice.
How often it is updated
Website prices are re-read monthly. Ontario telephone prices are checked less often, so treat them as the older figure. Every page carries its own sources and the date each was checked. Last reviewed 2026-09-10.
