Telepets veterinarians are licensed by the College of Veterinarians of Ontario and practise under its telemedicine standard. They prescribe only when it is appropriate for your pet, they do not prescribe controlled substances, and they will tell you when your pet needs to be seen in person.

Pharmacy pickup depends on which nearby pharmacies stock the medication; delivery is available everywhere.
No. It suits ongoing and preventive care and renewals of treatment a veterinarian already prescribes. It does not replace a physical examination, and an emergency needs an emergency veterinary hospital.
$49 per consultation plus tax. If the veterinarian cannot treat your pet online, the fee is refunded.
